Membership
Membership of WFYFC is gained through joining one of the 10 active Clubs. Membership fees can be paid to Worcestershire through the Club or directly to County Office.
The membership year runs from 1st September - 31st August and memberships are now being taken for the forthcoming year.
Membership fee's are:
- Junior membership = £20.00 (ages 10 - 16)
- Intermediate membership = £25.00 (ages 17 - 20)
- Senior membership = £30.00 (ages 21 - 26)
- Associate membership = £15.00 (ages 27+)
To become a member, the following forms will need to be completed. These are available from your local Club Chairman. Please note that membership cards will not be issued until all the approriate forms are completed and membership fee received. These will be submitted to County Office via your Club representative.
- Membership Form - For completion by everyone
- Ethnicity & Disability Monitoring Form - For completion by everyone
- Parental & Medical Consent Form - For completion by under 18's only
