WMA Senior Member of The Year WINNER
After winning the county round, our Chairlady Molly Phillips went on to represent Worcestershire at the West Midlands Area round of the Senior Member of The Year competition.
This competition aims to find dedicated and hard working YFC members, who have a great knowledge and experience of YFC at club, county, regional and national level. Members who take part in competitions and fundraising, recruitment and retention, are aware of the current issues in YFC and have their own ideas about where the federation is going and what can be done to support its future.
This is a prestigious competition, with a set of interview questions from a panel of experienced past YFC members followed by an on-stage interview (eek!) and we are so pleased to announce that Molly WON!
She will go on to represent the WMA Area at the National Final in April - good luck!!
