Finance & General Purposes Committee
The Finance & General Purposes [F&GP] Committee is made up of members selected by the County Chairman and elected by the Executive Committee. There are 12 members in total, including the Honorary Treasurer.
The Finance & General Purposes Committee is responsible for:
- Financial management and budgetary control of the Federation
- Organisation of all WFYFC social and fundraising events
- All duties and responsibilities relating to health and safety for WFYFC events
- Management of WFYFC resources
- Organisation of training
- Supporting Clubs through the ‘Adopt a Club’ scheme
- General staff management
F&GP Committee meetings are held monthly on the second Monday in the month.

Adopt a Club 2009/2010
Each membership year, members of the F&GP committee adopt a Club. The Adopt a Club scheme provides each Club with a liaison person that can be contacted to offer support and advice throughout the year.
