Junior Committee
The Junior Committee is a sub-committee of the Activities Committee and is made up of representatives elected at a Club level (up to 2 per Club). It is chaired by the Junior Committee Chairman, elected by the Junior Committee, who reports to the Activities Committee at the end of each meeting.
The Junior Committee is responsible for:
- Suggesting competitions and events specifically for members aged under 16 to the Activities Committee
- Organising specific events to raise funds for junior activities
- Providing an opportunity for Junior members to fully contribute to their programme of events
- Increasing involvement of Junior members
- Providing experience at a County level
The Junior Committee meetings are held on the first Monday in the month. It is recommended that Junior Members travel with members attending the Activities Committee meeting.
